Dr. Hannah Roberts is a licensed clinical psychologist and university lecturer with 20 years of experience. She is co-founder of the California therapy group, Thrive San Luis Obispo, a lecturer in Psychology at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA, and the creator of Mindful Moderation, an online course and monthly support group for individuals who want to change their drinking without judgment or a sobriety requirement.
